The original inFamous featured a pretty standard morality system. Do good thing here, gain good powers, etc. But it looks as though the sequel is trying to help the morality system become more of an organic one.

"Karma moments from inFAMOUS [are] now represented by character driven dialogue and 3D mocap cutscenes," said Ken Schramm of Sucker Punch Productions. Your conscience will come into play upon the introduction of two new NPC characters, Kuo and Nix. Kuo is an NSA agent who is working to defeat 'The Beast' and Nix is a New Marais native who grew up in the swamps around New Marais and has hatred towards Bertrand because she witnessed him murder her family.

Apparently there will be several moments that will force you to choose between advice given by both parties as you progress through the game. Below you'll find a teaser trailer for the cutscene as Cole saves Kuo.

inFamous 2 is due out later this year as well as the six-part comic series leading up to it.
