[X360] Xbox 360 'House Party' release dates and prices

A few weeks ago, details emerged regarding what games would be joining the House Party this year on XBLA. Now more information has surfaced, including release dates and pricing.

The party starts with Warp on the 15th of February for $10 USD, next up is Alan Wake's American Nightmare on the 22nd of February for $15 USD, Nexuiz on the 29th of February for $10 USD and concluding with I Am Alive on the 7th of March for $15 USD. As an added bonus you'll get an extra $10 USD in Microsoft Points if you buy them all.

[3DS] Square Enix dates Kingdom Hearts 3D, shows off themed 3DS
Square Enix has announced a release date for Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance in Japan, fans will be able to pick the game themselves on the 29th of March. Along with the release date, they also announced a hardware bundle as well that includes a special 3DS console.
Unfortunately no pricing was announced for the bundle, but it looks like a pretty spiffy piece of hardware. Now we just need to wait it out and see what sort of release date Square Enix give the game for a Western release.

Mario & Sonic at the London Olympics' release dates, yellow box revealed

Sega has sent out new media for Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, giving us our first look at the sprint and hurdle events, as well as the curiously yellow Wii box. Why does it come in a yellow box? We don't know, but Sega is proud of the achievement, noting that it's a "first for the series and for third party games publishers."

In the galleries below, you can check out a couple of screens of both the Wii and 3DS versions. The Wii game is due in North America on November 15 and in Europe November 18; the 3DS game will cross the finish line sometime in February.

From augmented-reality games to rich 3D visuals that don’t require special glasses, the Nintendo 3DS™ system offers a wealth of new hand-held experiences that must be seen to be believed. To give consumers a firsthand look at these unique features, interactive Nintendo 3DS Demo Pods and mobile Nintendo 3DS Demo Squads will be in select U.S. cities starting March 11, offering sampling opportunities at more than 40 locations in cities nationwide. Visitors are invited to explore the system’s built-in software and play upcoming games, all in advance of the March 27 launch date.

The Nintendo 3DS system includes built-in cameras that let users not only take 3D photos but also incorporate their own likenesses and surroundings into fun games, including the hilarious shooting game Face Raiders™ and compelling AR Games™ such as Archery. Built-in applications also include Mii Maker™, which makes it easy for users to create customized Mii™ characters wherever and whenever inspiration strikes – even using the Nintendo 3DS camera to help generate a Mii character based on a photo after selecting certain details like hair and skin tone.

More than 200 million Mii characters have been created worldwide since the 2006 launch of the Wii™ system, and that number is sure to grow as players discover the portable fun of Mii Maker on Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo 3DS Demo Pod visitors who create a Mii character can commemorate the experience by uploading their Mii character to their Facebook pages and sharing their creations with friends and family via e-mail from an on-site computer.

So, the big day has finally arrived. Nintendo have announced launch dates and pricing details for their upcoming DS-successor the Nintendo 3DS. Featuring glasses-free 3D, Nintendo are hoping to revolutionize handheld gaming once again, whether or not they pull this off will now be determined when we all get our hands on their latest bundle of joy in March but so far signs are looking good.

There have been some complaints as far as pricing goes, but people should have suspected that anything with '3D' in it wouldn't launch at a cheap price.

The Nintendo 3DS will be launching in America on the 27th of March and will come with the RRP of $249USD. It will release in Europe on the 25th of March and pricing is still being determined throughout the regions (Nintendo of Australia is yet to send out their press release detailing launch details).
