LONDON, UK – [27th November 2013] – Today Disney Interactive is giving players access to five new Disney-created Toy Boxes in appreciation for all of the support from the community. Details for each Toy Box are below:
· Toy Story Claw – Find the 10 lost aliens and return them to their ship! Drop them into a ESPN hoop for extra credit.

· Big Thunder – Race through a mine inspired by the classic Disneyland attraction Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

· Sky Gauntlet II – Play the sequel to the original Sky Gauntlet Toy Box ... with an even more challenging course!

· Toy Story Racer – Ready, set, to Infinity and beyond! Race the AI in this Toy Story in Space-themed racetrack.

· The Sky Trials – Test your courage and wisdom to finish puzzles and get rewarded.

How to download new Toy Boxes:
· Select "Toy Box" from the Disney Infinity Main Menu

· Select "Toy Box Share" and "Disney's Toy Boxes."

· There will be a list of all the featured Toy Boxes for players to download.

When you're ready to submit your Toy Box for consideration, follow these directions:
Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U
· Bring up the Pause Menu and select "Online/Multiplayer."

· Then select "Toy Box Share" > "Disney's Toy Boxes" > "Submit to Disney."

· Follow the prompts. You'll be asked to give your Toy Box an original name and description. Choose carefully – they will be shown to everybody if your Toy Box is featured.

iPad
· Bring up the Pause Menu and select "Toy Box Share."

· Then select "Disney's Toy Boxes" > "Submit to Disney."

[PS3, X360] Zatanna prepares to join the Injustice: Gods Among Us roster

The next character to be added to the Injustice: Gods Among Us roster will be Zatanna Zatara, she first appeared in Hawkman comics back in the 1960s.

I'm not much of an expert on this sort of thing, so I'm just going to recommend you do some internet searching if you want to know more about her character, if you are interested in video the official Injustice YouTube page has you covered.

Zatanna will be available for download on August 13th for $4.99/400 Microsoft Points.

April NPD: Injustice: Gods Among Us reigns supreme

Another hot, fresh loaf of financial data has been pulled out of The NPD Group's analytical oven, and its buttery goodness contains sales information for the four week period between April 4 and May 7, 2013. During that time, the physical retail sector of the games industry was down 25 percent when compared with its performance over the same four weeks in 2012, pulling in a grand total of $495.2 million. It's worth noting, however, that this figure does not include the sale of PC games.

Hardware sales brought in $109.5 million, a 42 percent decrease from the $187.8 million seen last year, with the Xbox 360 once again enjoying the highest sales with 130,000 units moved. Meanwhile, the brief reprieve from year-over-year decline seen by the Accessories segment last month was short lived, as in April it by dropped 19 percent to a total of $131.4 million.

Software sales (including PC games) topped out at $267.8 million, with NetherRealm Studios' Injustice: Gods Among Us taking top honors as the best-selling game for the period, the first time a fighting game has finished in first since 2011's Mortal Kombat. Dead Island: Riptide and BioShock Infinite rounded out the podium in spots two and three respectively – meanwhile MMO/Syfy series Defiance debuted in fifth. Injustice: Gods Among Us – Lobo DLC Gameplay Video

We just got a video from Warner Bros., showing some gameplay of the first DLC character for Injustice: Gods Among Us. Lobo will be available on May 7. Many have assumed this DLC would not be for the Wii U version, but nothing was said in their email to us. We currently have a follow-up email, asking the specific question: On what consoles this will be released? We will update as soon as we get our answer.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today released a gameplay video featuring Lobo, the first character that will be available as downloadable content (DLC), beginning May 7.  

Developed by award-winning NetherRealm Studios, Injustice: Gods Among Us introduces a new franchise in the fighting game genre and a brand new story created in collaboration between NetherRealm Studios, DC Entertainment and comic book writers Justin Gray and Jimmy Palmiotti.  As the story unfolds, players will experience the power, gadgetry and unparalleled strength of some the most popular DC Comics heroes and villains, such as Batman, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, Aquaman, The Joker and others, as they engage in epic battles in a world where the line between good and evil is blurred.
