Thief will be available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 on February 25th, 2014 (North America) and February 28th (Europe). So if you are a fan of the franchise this will be a game worth keeping an eye on. The title will also be featured at Gamescom next week and as a result Square Enix have prepared a new trailer to celebrate.

Today the developer has confirmed that the game, that supposedly tests the limits of brotherly love, will be released on both PC (via Steam) and PlayStation 3 on the 3rd of September for $14.99.
I'm happy to hear this, especially after seeing all of the positive feedback the game has been enjoying. For awhile there I was worried I'd have to sink some more money on my housemate's Xbox 360.

A press release has confirmed that the game will release in Europe on the 8th of November both physically and digitally, but the American release date appears to be 2014 at this point. I'm sure I'm not alone in hoping that this changes, because it is quite strange that Europe has been receiving so many large Nintendo releases ahead of our American brethren recently (including Pikmin 3 and Mario & Luigi: Dream Team).

Disappointingly the images don't seem to confirm any new moves for him, personally I'd been hoping he'd include some tools from his exploits in Luigi's Mansion 2. Hopefully Sakurai has more announcements regarding his moveset up his sleeve still.
Here's a look at Luigi in action in both the Wii U and 3DS games.
Hopefully this means we'll learn about new details concerning the Super Smash Bros. games in each Nintendo Direct, that could just be wishful thinking on my part though.

Liu Jun, Producer on Splinter Cell: Blacklist, confirmed the absence of the feature in an interview with Nintendo Life. Jun cites the game's ship date as the reason to leave the feature out of the Wii U version.
"In order to ship at the same time as the other consoles, we unfortunately weren't able to delve into this feature," said Jun. "But we think Nintendo gamers will be really excited to get the game at the same time as other consoles."
I can understand Jun's point, it also upholds Ubisoft's policy with releasing games across all available platforms in the same window. If there's any consolation prize to be taken away from this it is the confirmation that the Wii U will still have online co-op, a feature that will not be included in the Wii U version of Batman: Arkham Origins later this year, as well as taking full advantage of the Wii U's GamePad and included a DLC schedule that is the same as the other platforms.
Splinter Cell: Blacklist releases this month for PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U, and Xbox 360.

It had already been revealed by a Borderlands 2 update but now it has completely confirmed. Mr. Torgue took over a Gearbox twitter account to make the announcement.
"Are you badass enough to survive 'Mister Torgue's Campaign of Carnage? I'm legit curious cause I dunno you that well," wrote Torgue.
He also has shared a picture of himself throwing "up the horns like a badass."

Dragon Quest X will be released in Japan for Wii U in Spring 2013, Square Enix announced today. Last month DQX producer Yosuke Saito told attendees at the Tokyo Game Show that next Spring was the aim, but the release window was confirmed today during a Nintendo Direct for Japan. An open beta is scheduled for February 2013. Saito also confirmed Square Enix is working on making Wii characters compatible with the Wii U version.
The MMO arrived on Wii back in August, selling over 400,000 units in its first week. A Western release for either verson remains unconfirmed, so don't start pencilling away the greater part of 2013 just yet.

While many speculated if Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion would come to the Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Power magazine has confirmed. While not too many details are known, the cover of the magazine definitely confirms that the game will exist.
Update: As it turns out, this will be a sequel to the 1990 Sega Genesis game, Castle of Illusion.” It will be a side-scroller but still keep the painting mechanic, incorporating the stylus.

Sorry, I could not read the content fromt this page.Wii owners can rest easy this year though, as Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg announced during an investor call today that Modern Warfare 3 will be coming to the Wii. "We're pleased to have recently confirmed that we will release a Modern Warfare 3 Wii SKU this year, so as not to leave any of the community out of the excitement," said Hirshberg.
The four Call of Duty titles to land on the Wii have collectively sold over 6.2 million copies, the most of which surprisingly came from Call of Duty 3, which sold 2.1 million copies. Modern Warfare 3 is slated for release on November 8.

The game will be available in the land down under on the 1st of September for AU $99.95. For that price you'll also receive a 12 track limited edition soundtrack CD. However, there has been no talk of whether they'll also get the red Classic Controller Pro but it is worth noting that was a Game UK exclusive over in Europe so maybe it'd be best to wait for Game AU's response.

“For years the fans have been asking for a new Shinobi,” said Gary Knight, Senior Vice President of Marketing of SEGA West. “With Shinobi on Nintendo 3DS we are able to answer their prayers and bring this legendary series to the next level.”
According to the press release, "Shinobi tells the story of Jiro Musashi, the leader of the Oboro clan and father of Joe Musashi, the hero of the first iterations of Shinobi. Players will become a true ninja legend by mastering a brand new combo system switching between melee, ranged and acrobatic attacks. They will also need to rely on Jiro’s ninja magic to get an advantage over their enemies and get out of tight spots."
Shinobi will be released sometime this September. Below is the game's first trailer.

The new Sonic game for 3DS has finally been confirmed as the 20th Anniversary birthday project, Sonic Generations.
A version of the much anticipated 2D Sonic revival has been strongly hinted at for 3DS in Sega’s listings, but was since removed. Spanish Nintendo magazine, Nintendo Acción magazine, mentioned that there’s a new 3DS game within the Sonic franchise, but didn’t go into much detail.
Finally the cover of an upcoming issue of Nintendo Power confirms Sonic Generations for 3DS (Pictured Above). Not much else is known though, like whether it would be a similar 2D/3D concept or something completely different for a portable Sonic game.

When Nintendo opens their new eShop on the Nintendo 3DS next month, we are sure to get one title that will excite many gamers. Capcom has just announced that Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version will be a launch title for the eShop. In addition, this game will be “co-developed by the fans.” New characters and close combat are among the other new features.
Below are some screenshots and the official announcement from Capcom, themselves, which includes more information on the game and the fan contribution elements.
After years of waiting, the new installment of Mega Man Legends draws closer with Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version. Available as a download, Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version will be a launch title when Nintendo eShop opens for business.
Mega Man Legends 3 is the first Capcom game to be co-developed by the fans. Prototype Version gives players the first taste of Mega Man’s upcoming open-world action/adventure game, and lets them see a game still early in the development process. It also introduces a new character to the franchise, the reckless leader of a sky biker gang, Barrett.
Be the first to try out his new close combat gameplay style, and see first-hand some of the fan contributions to the game come to life. Also, once you have finished the core missions, receive access to areas of the game not yet finished, as well as a debug menu that gives you special moves and abilities.
Once you experience the game, let your voice be heard by heading to www.capcom-unity.com/devroom and join the community of Servbots who are helping design the game. Get insight into what it takes to build a game, learn about the development process, and interact with the members of the Development Team themselves. But most importantly, be creative. No matter how large or small your idea is, you have the chance to see it come to life and get your name in the credits of the game!
