Dan Adelman, manager of Business Development at Nintendo of America, will be hosting a panel entitled “How to Self-Publish Your Game on Nintendo eShop.” Nintendo has enabled indie developers to self-publish their games for more than five years, but, to some, the process to release games on the Nintendo eShop on the Wii U console and Nintendo 3DS hand-held system is shrouded in mystery. The panel will walk attendees through the process of bringing games to the Nintendo eShop and review high-level business policies. IndieCade is an open-air event that runs Oct. 3-6 in downtown Culver City, Calif. The Nintendo booth is located in the IndieCade Village at 9300 Culver Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232. [PC] New Battlefield 4 footage showcases some pretty impressive detail

[PC] New Battlefield 4 footage showcases some pretty impressive detail
I'm starting to tire of the annual tirade of military shooters, but I will happily concede that Battlefield 4 looks stunning on PC. Some new footage has been uploaded by YouTube user Threatty showcasing some pretty amazing attention to detail.

Before hitting the play button I highly advice kicking the video quality to the highest setting to help the visual prowess really sink in.

Battlefield 4 is coming to PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 this October; it will also be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sometime around their launch. I'm very interested to see how the next generation versions of the game will stack up against the PC version.

Thanks VG247.

Here's a video showcasing some of the games in action.

Indie games are definitely the way forward so it is good to see Nintendo really flexing their muscle in this department, some of the stuff shown looks very interesting as well.

Did anything catch your eye?

[Wii U] Super Smash Bros. on Wii U image showcases Pilotwings stage

[Wii U] Super Smash Bros. on Wii U image showcases Pilotwings stage
Sakurai has been somewhat sneaky with a few of his picture updates for the upcoming Super Smash Bros. titles, first he revealed that Captain Olimar would return as a playable character and now he seems to have shown a new stage.

The image was posted today and features the classic SNES Pilotwings island in the background, however there is nothing indicating how the stage will actually work.

[Image: game-news-image-2013-4d050482872bb37cd08...c98aaa.jpg]
It seems as though the actual image could be a background, indicating a floating stage similar to the Super Mario Sunshine stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but Sakurai could surprise us with something completely different.

Recently, Pilotwings moved away from this location and moved the action to the skies over Wuhu Island in Pilotwings Resort for the 3DS.

How would you like to see this stage flow?

Thanks ONM.

[PC, PS3, Wii U, X360] New Splinter Cell: Blacklist trailer showcases play-styles

[PC, PS3, Wii U, X360] New Splinter Cell: Blacklist trailer showcases play-styles
[Image: game-news-image-2013-eed25f8f4889706ec5d...b362f3.jpg]
Splinter Cell: Blacklist has successfully found itself under the microscope of several gamers as many try to understand how Ubisoft thinks they'll be able to sell the continued shift away from genuine stealth gameplay to a more action-orientated style of play with their latest Splinter Cell

Ubisoft isn't admitting defeat though and has released a new gameplay trailer that showcases three different play-styles; these include Ghost, Panther, and Assault.

What do you think? Have Ubisoft convinced you yet? There's little doubt that Ubisoft's continued efforts to streamline the franchise broaden the audience it can reach; as long as they can stay true to the franchise's roots I don't think they are overstepping their bounds at this point in time.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist will be available for PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U, and Xbox 360 this August.

[Image: game-news-image-2013-06607ae3c937602e7eb...e5b01.jpeg]
Donkey Kong Country Returns is barreling towards the Nintendo 3DS later this month, both on the eShop and at retail, so Nintendo has seen fit to release a new trailer showcasing plenty of 3DS footage.

The text isn't in English, but we're mostly here for the video anyway.

Nintendo also revealed a few weeks ago that the 3DS version would receive a new 'easy mode' in addition to a brand new world.

Thanks Games HQ Media.

[PS3, X360] New video showcases menu's and time travel in Final Fantasy XIII-2

[PS3, X360] New video showcases menu's and time travel in Final Fantasy XIII-2
Sure, Chrono Trigger had time travel. But it has been just long enough for Square Enix to revisit the mechanic. What better way to do it than with a sequel to Final Fantasy XIII? No doubt you've had a chance to take the game for a test run thanks to Square Enix making the demo available.

Square Enix have released a new video showcasing the time travel via the Historia Crux, check it out below.

[Vita] Cole showcases his electrifying power in this Street Fighter x Tekken gameplay

[Vita] Cole showcases his electrifying power in this Street Fighter x Tekken gameplay
As you know by now, Cole McGrath is joining the fray in the PlayStation Vita version of Street Fighter x Tekken. So why not celebrate by checking some more footage of him in action? You'll have to forgive the Street Fighter design he has been done up in as well.
Looking pretty good, here's hoping he'll be available on the PlayStation 3 version of the game as well.

[PS3, X360, PC] New Deus Ex - Human Revolution trailer showcases freedom of choice

[PS3, X360, PC] New Deus Ex - Human Revolution trailer showcases freedom of choice It is difficult to watch every new trailer for Deus Ex - Human Revolution ever since we discovered we won't actually get to play it until August but at the same time the game is looking so nice that it feels like an injustice to skip them.

The latest trailer shows off the branching style of gameplay your choices will take you on. Showcasing that there is more than one way to do everything in this game.
