Final Fantasy XIII-2 has been receiving regular DLC, which is a first for the franchise. It has received new fights, costumes and even a new chapter to the story. Well, the newest costume has finally been released and it comes thanks to a collaboration between Square Enix and BioWare. You can check out the announcement trailer below.
CAUTION: This video contains spoilers, so if you don't want anything spoiled then be sure to check out the images below
You can pick the costumes up right now on both the PSN and through XBL, they'll set you back €1.99 / £1.79 / 240 MSP each (that's right, they come separately). So if the Mass Effect 3 ending didn't frustrate you enough, now you can parade around in Square Enix's questionable sequel in N7 armour. Sounds kind of neat, right? Anyway, here are the images. You can click them to get a better look.

[X360] Review Roundup - Kinect Star Wars
EGM - 5/10 - "At the end of the day though, this is not what Star Wars fans want. It may appeal to small children on some level with the couple of modes that work, but there is really no depth or long-lasting appeal to anyone over the age of ten. Some of the modes can be entertaining and the main Jedi Destiny campaign story has some potential, but gimmicks and poor game play hold this back. Not to mention, I think a lot of us are sick of stories that are told during or before the prequels. For many of us, the original expanded universe took place after Return of the Jedi. Grand Admiral Thrawn anyone? At the end of the day, I think we’d all be better off just retreating to Dagobah than devoting any serious time to this game." GameSpot - 5/10 - "What Kinect Star Wars does do is highlight just how difficult it is to create a full-on action experience using the Kinect. It tries hard, but the action is slowed down to a pace that saps the fun out of being a Jedi. Even the novelty of waving a lightsaber around can overcome only so much. And while the other minigames are a fun, if sometimes horrifying, distraction, that's all they are: a distraction. There's nothing lasting, nothing deep enough to make you want to revisit this motion-controlled Star Wars universe. It turns out there is something as clumsy and random as a blaster, and sadly, Kinect Star Wars is it."
Eurogamer - 5/10 - "Overall, Kinect Star Wars is an incoherent and clumsy compilation, one driven more by brand synergy than any creative imperative. The better elements would arguably have worked better as standalone digital releases, while the core gameplay is both awkward and unsatisfying. Kids will find it far too fiddly and unresponsive, while adults will be put off by the repetition and generally slapdash "see what sticks" approach to gameplay. Waste your time with this, you should not."
IGN - 5.5/10 - "If you’re a longtime fan who’s been waiting for a game that’ll let you live out your Star Wars fantasies then the wait is far from over. Kinect Star Wars, with all its control and polish issues, has very limited appeal for an adult audience. Kids will likely find more enjoyment out of it, even the absurd dancing mode, but ultimately its more of a Star Wars-themed set of mediocre mini-games than the jedi epic fans are dying for."
Cheat Code Central - 2.5/5 - "Kinect Star Wars isn't the worst Kinect game I have ever played, nor is it the worst Star Wars game I have ever played. It's just depressingly mediocre. The Star Wars license would have made this a great title to appeal to the hardcore crowd, but unfortunately the flawed controls hold it back. Likewise, the same license actually makes this game harder to share with younger children and families. You aren't missing much if you pass up this title, even if you are a hardcore Star Wars fan. It might be a fun rental for a night or two with friends at a sci-fi convention, but that's about it."

GameStop to warn California consumers of online fees for used games
on Apr 10th 2012 3:30PM
GameStop has settled a suit, requiring the company to post signs in California stores warning consumers if certain games have additional fees for online content in a secondary sale. The company will also reimburse "consumers who purchased qualifying used games" with a $10 check and a $5 coupon if they are a PowerUp Rewards members and a $5 check and a $10 coupon if they aren't. "The in-store and online warnings are an important benefit under the settlement as well, because if GameStop discloses the truth to consumers, it is unlikely that they will be able to continue selling used copies of certain games for only $5 less than the price of a new copy," said Mark Pifko, attorney for firm Baron and Budd and counsel in the lawsuit. "In fact, we already know that not long after the lawsuit was filed, GameStop lowered prices for used copies of many of the game titles identified in the lawsuit."
The firm has set up a Facebook page for affected consumers. We've contacted GameStop for comment.

Sorry, I could not read the content fromt this page.[PC, PS3, X360] BioWare confirms 'Resurgence' pack for Mass Effect 3's multiplayer
![[Image: game-news-image-2012-20769f8dde926c7ea62...2501d0.jpg]](/game-news-image-2012-20769f8dde926c7ea62b55b3a72501d0.jpg)
The most surprising thing about Mass Effect 3 besides how average the ending was the fact that the multiplayer was actually enjoyable. It came with a decent selection of classes and a handful of maps, however to maintain activity it will naturally need additional content.
Seemingly answering the call, BioWare has announced the 'Resurgence' DLC pack that will add a few new maps, new classes, weapons and consumable power-ups.
The two maps include Firebase Condor, a map set on the battle-torn moon of Palaven, and Firebase Hydra, which is a map set on an abandoned Quarian colony that has been transformer into a power facility. The new characters include a Krogan Vanguard, Asari Justicar Adept, Geth Engineer, Geth Infiltrator, Batarian Soldier and Batarian Sentinel. So finally those who have wanted to play as Geth (Like this reporter) will finally have their way! Additional new weapons include Striker Assault Rifle, Kishock Harpoon Gun and Geth Plasma SMG. Finally, the new consumables will tweak different things as a one-time temporary boost such as Strength Enhancer (Applies a melee damage boost for one mission), Targeting VI (Applies a headshot damage bonus for one mission), Stabilization Module (Stabilizes weapons while firing and moving for one mission), and Shield Power Cells (Shortens the length of time for shield recharges to kick in).
You'll be able to pick up this DLC for the low, low price of zero dollars. That's right, it'll be made available at no additional charge. Xbox 360 and Origin users can look forward to it becoming made available on the 10th of April, whilst PS3 users will get access on the 10th of April (NA) or 11th of April (EU).
I've spent a lot of time in the multiplayer, so I'm actually quite excited for this free content drop.
