The full version of TANK! TANK! TANK! released a few months ago, but the game was recently reworked and released on the eShop today. The game is free to download, and you can add different components and levels via downloadable content (DLC). However, even if you download just the free portion, you will still get a survey in your Club Nintendo account worth 60 coins.
So, if you have not downloaded TANK! TANK! TANK! yet, do so right away, and get 60 free coins before Nintendo changes their minds. Once you download it from the Wii U eShop, head over to Club Nintendo, fill out your survey, and claim your free coins.
