Fire Emblem: Awakening has come out on top of the charts in Japan this week, selling over 240k units and beating every other title in the top 20 combined. In case you don't know, that's awesome news for the Fire Emblem franchise.
Nintendo of America has been relatively quiet on the topic of localising it and although it would be absurd for them to note bring it across, stranger things have happened. We may have gotten one step closer to confirmation with Nintendo registering the web domain http://whois.domaintools.com/fireemblemawakening.com, which might hint at the fact that it could happen! It is entirely likely that Nintendo could be sitting on the announcement for E3 but I suspect we'll be hearing something soon.
At Nintendo Direct some new DLC was also confirmed, one of the characters just so happens to be my favourite (Roy from Fire Emblem: Fuin no Tsurugi) so I'm extra excited for any news on an english language version.
