- Sonic Generations debut sales are up 84% over 2008's Sonic Unleashed despite launching on two fewer platforms.
- 6.5 million pre-orders have been placed worldwide for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. That is up 1.5 million over last year's Black Ops and 2.2 million more than Modern Warfare 2. Expect it to become the biggest video game launch of all time next week.
