[PC, PS3, X360] LOTR: War in the North gets a New Release Date

Warner Bros. and Snowblind Studios announced today that The Lord of the Rings: War in the North will be landing on store shelves on November 1 in North America, a few months later than its previously expected August release. War in the North is an action-RPG that focuses on a background story to Tolkien's epic saga, following the events encountered by a ranger, an elf, and a dwarf (no not Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli) during a war occurring in the northern regions of Middle Earth. The game will feature 3-player co-op and will also be the first Lord of the Rings game to receive an M-rating.

War in the North will appear in Australia a day later on November 2, and in Europe on November 4.
