[DS] Nintendo announces a price crash for the DS

Nintendo have announced a price drop for arguably the peak of the Nintendo DS hardware line, the Nintendo DS Lite. Effective as of June 5th, the DS Lite's recommended retail price will drop down to $99.99.

As well as a price drop for the DS Lite, Nintendo also announced that in June a collection of Mario titles will receive new packaging to make them easier to spot with your Mario-seeking vision. The six Mario games getting a new red-flavoured cover art are as follows:

New Super Mario Bros.Mario Kart DSSuper Mario 64 DSMario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside StoryMario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem!Mario Party DS

If you haven't got a DS Lite and Nintendo haven't convinced you to buy a 3DS yet then this is a fantastic opportunity to pounce on one.
