According to a memo being passed around to developers and publishing partners, Sony is set to flip the PlayStation Store back online next Tuesday, May 24th.
PSN content is now going to update bi-weekly, every Tuesday and Friday, in order to catch up with missed releases due to the recent outage of PSN. Next Tuesday will include the content from April 26th, while the Friday update will contain the content from May 3rd. Updates on May 31st and June 3rd will bring the rest of the content online and Sony will have caught up with their release schedule.
The only thing missing from the memo was a proposed launch date for the "Customer Appreciation Program", but it is expected to launch within days of the store's return.
