[PS3, X360, PC] Duke Nukem Forever... delayed til June Sad news, but unfortunately true. Duke Nukem Forever has slipped from the original May release date til June. However, Gearbox has stated that none of this is a trick. When announced the title for a May release, they really believed it would happen. Randy Pitchford had the following to say to Eurogamer regarding the delay:

"No trick - we believed May when we announced it," Pitchford said. "There is always uncertainty and we use experience and trends to help us be predictive. We are not perfect when it comes to predicting uncertain outcomes, but we are perfect at being committed to our goals and working relentlessly towards them."

He believes the studio could have forced a May release if they worked around the clock, but would that really have done the game justice? Honestly, an extra month isn't too big of a deal considering how long we've already been waiting. Besides, that means you can put more focus on L.A. Noire when it hits shelves in May and pick up Duke on the new release date.

Duke Nukem Forever is now slated for a June 14th release in America and an international date of June 10th. Duke never comes early.
